I came to OJL a very broken individual

I came to Operation Jumpstart like about a year and a half ago, and the person I was a year and a half ago, I am no longer even able to recognize who she was.

I came to OJL a very broken individual for many different reasons and, the feel deal heal process that Dr. Campbell implemented with me to help me become a better version of myself is one that not only has transformed my life but has transformed the lives of those that I love through.

The tools that I’ve been able to acquire along this therapy journey through the support to encourage me to go beyond the superficial levels of depth, to really dive deep, and to have really unpack the areas that I said that I was healed from but really needed to actually feel that first, then to deal with them, and then to move into the healing.

It has really transformed the way that I communicate, the way that I think, the way that I process.

I would recommend OJL to anyone who is looking to grow, to grow mentally, to grow emotionally, to grow spiritually, to really dive deep and unpack the areas of trauma that needs to be healed.

This program has the capacity to transform your life to literally make you a stronger individual.  Not only for yourself, but for the people that you love.  OJL is something that I know I will probably continue throughout the rest of my life because of the amazing tools that I have already received and how I’ve been able to implement them into my personal and professional life.

I can’t imagine not having this therapeutic outlet as a resource for myself.
